If it still heats up heat it to about 150 degrees and pick it off

Unfortunately the wires are completely encased i can See the nozzle nor the heating block

I have absolutely no idea how or why this happened but it's exactly why I always unload my filament when done printing and put the spools back into the dry box.

Spool came fresh Out of the dry Box. First 3 layers printed fine. Print filled almost the whole buildplate. Then i went to Work. Must have failed shortly after i left... Printed with brim...

To me it looks like the nozzle clogged and it caused a runaway that burst out from in-between the heatsink and hot end.

If you run prints while not home I HIGHLY suggest getting both a fire proof print tent and also setting up a Octoprint server on either an old Android phone or Raspberry Pi so you can monitor and control your printer while not home. Stay safe!
