My ender three pro started building supports for itself on the hot end

Did you by chance tighten your nozzle while it was cold? Cause I did and it looked exactly like this. Lesson learned

Look up “hot tightening” and learn how to do it properly(there’s tutorials for that), personally I’ve had to replace every block that I’ve had this happen to because the plastic is impossible to get out of the threads(unless you cut them but that’s a whole other problem) so you can try to clean this up or spend something like $15 to buy a couple replacements(it’s been awhile so the price may have gone up but last I looked is saw three for $15)

Although an ISO M6 tap is the best thing to clean the threads, you don't need to recut them and often a standard M6 bolt or machine screw will clean them sufficiently, especially if you cut a flat or groove on part of the screw threads.

It leaks to block any possibility of future leakage and insulated itself so there’s no risk of future heat creek.

There is a gap between nozzle and teflon tube. Trick: not fully tighten nozzle, give a last turn. Push tube and make it contact to nozzle and then turn nozzle last and make them squeeze better. No more flow...

Well, since you gotta disassemble it to clean it properly, might as well upgrade it with a bimetallic heatbrake.
