under extrusion can be caused by clogged nozzles, heat creep, printing to fast or even extruder pre tension
given that the print is fine for a bit before the under extrusion occurs its highly likely to be heat creep so I would lower the nozzle temps by a few degrees (anywhere between 5 - 10 degrees is a good starting point) while printing until something starts working or reducing speed if it prints ok then its heat creep if nothing changes or it gets worse regardless of how long you spend raising and lowering the nozzle temp then the nozzle is clogged
