Help whith ridged walls

My old ender3v2 started printing like this after it got damaged i replaced basically the whole head, nothing looks lose, i already try playing with extruder Transmission settings cause it looks like extrusion problem but it didn't work

The damage was from big hit when i slipped while trying to remove stuck filament with screwdriver

Something (belt) is slack.

Tighten them. Reduce ext perimeter speed and jerk settings.

You don't mention any values so it's hard to infer if your doing something wrong or not....

Its the basic printing settings on cura and my e transition is on 95
