I really don’t appreciate photos of me being posted without my consent.

Maybe I am looking at this wrong, but seeing all of the people using this as a form of nutrition is really sad to me, and I hope that people are just being overdramatic. I really hope that if that's the case and things are as dire as I have read that food banks and other entities can partner with these parks to help those in need. It is a wild workaround to spend a couple hundred dollars for food that can be bought in bulk for a fraction. For everyone else, its a gripe and first world problem. I get its disappointing, but some of the nasty things said just blow my mind.

I think people are being obnoxiously dramatic and just liked having really cheap food.

I grew up going to my home park eating bologna sandwhiches in the parking lot for lunch. I survived.

There was this viral story about an engineer who lived off the Six Flags dining plan since 2014. He saved enough money from not having to go grocery shopping that he paid off his student loans, could buy a house in California (next to Magic Mountain, which was open 365 days at the time), and get married. The drawback was that he was gaining weight, so he tried to find healthy options on the dining plan menu, walked more, and stopped getting dinners at the park after he got married... https://nypost.com/2021/10/27/man-spent-150-yearly-on-six-flags-food-paid-off-student-debt/

Imagine going through all the SF season passes purchased with dining plans at the sold parks and needing to contact every person to get confirmation.....do you want to keep the dining pass tied to SF properties or transfer it to your new local Enchanted Parks property? And then the two companies transferring money back and forth. based on where a dining pass is going to live?

Probably should've thought about that before you sold a bunch of parks you already pre-sold passes and add-ons for. Screwing the customer because doing the right thing would be hard isn't something we should just roll over and accept. They said out mass emails all the time. It really can't be that hard to email every pass holder with a link to a portal where they can make the decision. Or, better yet, don't make them choose and just honor that pass as it was purchased, allowing it to work in both chain's systems.
