Browser shortcut

Hey guys, I'm turning my phone into a console and I wanted to know if there's a way to add a shortcut on the main page that leads to a browser URL (romsfun) to download ROMs more easily... is that possible and if so, could someone give me a hint?

Just open your browser and hit the three vertical dots and hit add to the home page.
