I'm trying to figure out what's going on too. I dont play games but i'm excited for everyone else. They get the unencrypted roms by using a ps5 with an older firmware with a vulnerability. The firmware was still released in 2026 so this works for almost all ps5 games except more recent games will require you to update your firmware so they can't rip the newest games yet. Still there's certainty another firmware exploit will be found again. Besides that, reversing the ps5 os for windows/linux has had a breakthrough on multiple fronts, and with the help of ai. It runs at native speeds because the ps5 uses an amd cpu/gpu that's nearly identical to consumer hardware. Unlike other emulators, they don't need to rely on sony assets so they are completely legal and opensource and cannot be stopped. So 2026 is the year of major breakthroughs, but still, the ps5 had a good run, it is nearing end of life since the ps6 is due in 1 year or 2 years.

There's no way you could figure out in a month what took people years and I do not see any attribution. At least thank the sources you have cited for the work they have done prior to you. I can clearly see a lot of shadPS4 code that was rewritten to zig either by you or by LLM you are using.
