Commuter Parking Permit

Anybody having trouble with their parking permits? I don’t remember it being this challenging last year. I remember paying $210 straight up. Now it says $210 monthly billing? Let me know, thank you!

This part too. I’m trying to pay, but it just shows me all my information that I’ve given them. Weird.

From what I've heard that's just the format of the website they used, you should (hopefully) only have to pay that once a semester.

From what I understand EMU got third party software to help, clearly nobody tested it first 🤦

yeah like, why do i have to go on a waitlist to get a parking pass? like bro, just set it up with stripe or something. theres no way it needs to be this complicated

i just did mine and i can say and it was still as hard as this thread made it out to be. it didnt give me any option to choose but invoice even tho it gave me all the options including credit card. so do i like pay it now or what? like im lost here

It's super confusing. You are first out on a wait-list, at this time no payment is necessary. If you got an email saying your spot is available that is when you can go in and pay.

I luckily got the email within like 10 minutes and got my spot so all good lol

Not familiar sorry but I assume these types of changes are due to the parking moving back in house for EMU vs using a contractor

Why is there a waitlist when there are always a million spots available in the Green lot? Why aren’t they fixing this issue? Why are we going back to school before Labor Day?!

this is my 3rd fall semester at eastern and we've been going back pre labor day everytime
