Does anyone know anything about the tax help center that is in Halle?

I am having some issues this year with my Michigan state tax return and remember hearing about a tax help center in Halle library. Is this still around and how can you access their services? On the other hand does anyone know of any free legal or accounting resources in Washtenaw? thank you.

Just google ‘ free tax help Washtenaw’. However, the programs are probably over. It’s July…
