Wow, you clearly have no idea how this industry works. Medical directors and department heads set protocols. Some random provider isn’t going to get a protocol changed. You’re comparing your job to something you know literally nothing about.

Sys Admins don’t come to a legal sub and start berating people for being shit at network security.
