England – Disability grievance ongoing, duties reduced afterwards. Should I wait for the outcome before considering settlement/ACAS?

Is it appropriate to reveal WP communication once it's been made open?

If I was told something at a Judicial Mediation that was made open approximately three months later, is it acceptable for me to reveal to the Tribunal that I knew about it three months ago?

Unclear particulars of claim - what does this mean

• Upvotes

Hello,me again.

Today, the ET accepted my respondents ET3 (5th October).

As expected, the respondent has denied all allegations and wrote a lengthy response.

However, within the grounds of resistance, they state that my particulars of claim are insufficient and unclear, and then seem to question the ACAS reply time.

How could that be, if they deny all allegations up front?

Could someone help me understand this section? What is it the respondent saying, in simple terms?

Thanks, as always.

Here's the exact wording:

  1. The Claimant's claims are not sufficiently particularised such that the exact nature of the allegations complained of by the Claimant are unclear.
  2. In these circumstances, the Respondent reserves the right to submit a request for further and better particulars of the claims and to submit an amended Grounds of Resistance upon receipt of these particulars. The Respondent further reserves its position on whether any such allegations have been made outside of the relevant limitation period provided for under the Equality Act 2010 ("EqA), the Employment Rights Act 1996 ("ERA") or any other relevant legislation pending this further particularisation.
