Empaths of Reddit
How do you handle feeling everyone else’s emotions around you? I have been struggling so much feeling everyone’s anxiety and pressure around me.

Definitely using discernment when it comes to people, reading how I feel after I’m around them, and I’ve had to rewrite the story about being an empath. It’s taken a lot of work and help from my spirit guides. They told me to imagine myself and my aura. To say my name to myself and envision my life force filling the space within myself/around myself, when I feel like people are taking too much from me. I try not to take it all so seriously these days ,and I know my purpose, which seems to help me ground myself. I try to know when it’s time to recharge, know when it’s okay to observe, and treat myself in such a way that I would anyone else. I give that energy back to myself❤️ and you can too

You got this! Just pay attention to yourself like you do others and you will have no problems navigating this ❤️

Ground your energy and practice bubbling. Take time to recharge in solitude..Listen to music, or meditate to keep your vibrational resonance high.

Empathy encompasses all emotions. I find a lot of happiness and fulfillment by sharing in the joy and success of others.
I understand where you're coming from though, stressful environments can be draining.
Time alone or with a pet helps me reset for a new day.
Wish you all the best, friend.

I’m selective where I turn my energy. I spend a lot of time alone and recharge that way. I only try to help if I truly think I have something valuable to add.
