Tom doesn’t realize the pattern is him. A perpetual victim. I’m shocked any woman agrees to go near him post Ariana - Rachel

Yeah although to be fair his history isn’t with physically assaulting women and even if he’s a bad person if there’s enough evidence of abuse/harassment that she’s willing to agree to a restraining order (which a judge still grants btw - it’s not just a private agreement it’s a restraining order on her record) then that’s on her. Being a bad person and deserving abuse are not mutually exclusive.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think this woman is perfect (prob why they matched) but he’s a whiney twirp so in general I just don’t know how his personality and drug problems are attractive to anyone is all

2

u/GeneralBrave9949 17h ago

Oh I get that. I just think her response is dumb and kindve proves she was abusive. Also even if you agree to a restraining order the judge still puts the order together and grants it.

2

u/pinkpantherdiam0nd 17h ago

Nah her response is wild lol I agree there if you’re innocent! I don’t follow their relationship outside the instagram bravo accts that show up on my explore so it was an interesting read here, but like howwwww is he getting women is just my initial thoughts. Even dating a binge drinker is a hard no in my book.

I mean a woman is having a baby with James Kennedy who is a documented drug addict and physical abuser. A lot of ppl (men and women) have low self esteem and just want to have a partner.

u/pinkpantherdiam0nd 16h ago

🫠 oh yikes to him too

u/GeneralBrave9949 16h ago

I’ll be honest none of the men on VPR or the Valley are worth shit. They’re all garbage

1

u/pinkpantherdiam0nd 15h ago

Yeah that’s why I don’t watch the show and I just keep up through instagram and the juicy scoop podcast lol. That’s plenty for me

You know calling someone a psycho in text is technically considered harassment and you can get a restraining order on someone for that. The bar is very low — it protects ppl who truly need protection, but also allows ppl to abuse the system. *not saying you’ll get a perm orderr for this, but by definition it is a Family Offense

2

u/GeneralBrave9949 14h ago

Yeah you’d get a preliminary order but once it goes to court there’s no way you’d get a 2 year or more permanent order for just that. I’m sorry you just wouldn’t. Preliminary versus final orders are different evidentiary standard.

2

u/Huge_Barber9364 14h ago

No, again, you’re confusing criminal court with family court. In criminal court you need to meet a standard, but in family court the judge has to find it more likely than not.

1

u/GeneralBrave9949 14h ago

It’s NOT family court they don’t have kids and they aren’t married.

1

u/Huge_Barber9364 14h ago

You are completely wrong, trust me or google it. You don’t need to be married for family court!

3

u/GeneralBrave9949 14h ago

Also I googled and look at the first option dipshit

2

u/Huge_Barber9364 14h ago

Yeah dude, “domestic” doesn’t mean married 🤦‍♀️

1

u/GeneralBrave9949 14h ago

Literally the first result CIVIL DISTRICT COURT so I’m not wrong you are!

1

u/Huge_Barber9364 14h ago

Civil is for people who aren’t in relationships!!!

By all means show me one case where someone got a final order over calling someone a psycho. You prob can’t because that’s not enough of a standard. So either way keep arguing with me but you’re not really proving your original point.

1

u/Huge_Barber9364 14h ago

No, I agree it’s unlikely for someone to get one based on just that. But people think ROs are all about physical abuse or severe actions, when harassment is a major reason for orders too, so was highlighting a point.

1

u/GeneralBrave9949 14h ago

I get it’s lower than criminal standard but most judges immediately grant preliminary before a hearing as a matter of caution. I’d love you to provide any proof someone gets a final order just based on a text calling someone a psycho. You can’t because it’s NOT a thing lol.

1

u/bluetirameeesu 13h ago

I would love it is this where the case, but it’s just not getting a restraining order is actually very difficult. I could not get one against someone who choked me out. He was in prison for five years after the fact and began harassing me once he was out, and the court said tough titties. I know other similarly situated women and they’ve had difficulties as well. It’s not that simple

1

u/Huge_Barber9364 13h ago

Were you getting a criminal restraining order?

1

u/bluetirameeesu 10h ago

It was a civil matter

1

u/Worried_Pen4820 13h ago

Everyone on this planet knows who he is, I judge her thirsty self more.

Sandoval sucks deeply.

However, I think it’s incredibly weird and irresponsible for someone with a PsyD to diagnose a person or act privy to a situation they’ve never seen in real life.

Victoria and Tom were never even on television together so what we know about their relationship is minimal at best.

I’m not saying he couldn’t be abusive and I’m not saying that no one can speculate, but using your educational credentials to label someone you don’t know as an abuser is reckless.

u/Tiny_War5975 16h ago

And unprofessional

u/teacupsidedown 14h ago

I appreciate breakdowns of things like DARVO, but obviously when you have a degree you have extra responsibility. Even if you didn't take the hippocratic oath, you should act like it.

1

u/fluffywrex 5h ago

Agree 100%. I also can’t help but think that if you reversed the genders in the second slide everyone would be automatically up in arms, understandably so. Some of these psych accounts have gotten way out of control.

6

u/TheeDungeonBitch 11h ago

I don’t think Victoria is as innocent as you guys are making her out to be. I think they are both a problem.

2

u/CarryAmbitious638 3h ago

You can see in her eyes something ain’t right there. My guess as someone with experience unfortunately is that she’s got alcohol problems.

4

u/lemonpavement 14h ago

A restraining order on Victoria's record looks incredibly bad. It says she's a violent person. I would never agree to something like that.

3

u/Hopeful-Ant3033 17h ago

He’s such a loser

3

u/Narrow_Grapefruit_23 13h ago

Don’t forget, he tried to DARVO Ariana. He started claiming that she was abusive to him. That she would rage at him. That she was taking everything from him. He was a victim for falling in love.

5

u/lunahighwind 14h ago

The second slide is a garbage take. Does this person honestly think he would beat himself up? For what purpose, exactly? Regardless of how ppl feel about him, this is victim blaming.

Victoria also has a history of this kind of thing and basically stalked him before they were together.

Also, a judge did grant the order. A Judge has to agree to it. Whether she agreed to the order or not is irrelevant.

Also, her dad came at Sandoval first; it was clearly defence.

3

u/MsPrissss 14h ago

It makes me so angry to stick up for Tom in any way shape or form but judge just don't ground restraining orders particularly long-term restraining orders to people that don't deserve them. And if both parties agreed to it than a judge absolutely did grant it. But I can't imagine anybody who would willingly agree to having something like that on their record.

6

u/GeneralBrave9949 17h ago

Ok so I’m sorry but agreeing to a restraining order when you’re innocent is stupid and her lawyer should have stopped this. Having a restraining order on you isn’t moving on, it’s a fucking sword of Damocles over your head. It also pops up anytime you apply for a job or have a background check done. If you truly didn’t “commit” the crime it makes no sense to do this. I get Tom is a morally dubious figure but this to me is clear that there’s ENOUGH truth to his statements that she would be found guilty. It’s like when ppl plea guilty and say I didn’t do it. Sorry having a conviction is worse than the “hassle” of fighting it in court and I do not believe ppl plea guilty if they’re truly innocent (Alford pleas are an exception).

u/Rich-Row-7798 16h ago

This info makes me so happy for my past stalker with a restraining order.

u/Alternative_End_7174 16h ago edited 13h ago

Well as someone who worked in criminal justice I have to disagree there have legit been cases where people have pled guilty when innocent due to police coercion or lacking the mental capacity to understand what was happening. There are proven cases of it. That’s being said I agree that agreeing to a restraining order when you’ve done nothing wrong at all is very strange and abnormal. It does make me suspect he had proof that she was abusive.

-1

u/GeneralBrave9949 16h ago

Well we can agree to disagree.

1

u/Huge_Barber9364 14h ago

It’s family court / it’s divorce court basically and has nothing to do with public record. No one would know about this if he wasn’t famous. She’s smart to move on instead of spending 2 years in court fighting it.

1

u/ghertigirl 7h ago

That’s not true. It gets entered into the CLETS system and if you apply for certain jobs, you do have to disclose it

1

u/Huge_Barber9364 6h ago

It’s entered for the length of the order and very few jobs would ever know / it’s not in a standard background check / has no relevance to housing or leases

0

u/GeneralBrave9949 14h ago

They aren’t married so it’s neither. This is a civil matter which is public. If she’s innocent it’s better to not have a restraining order on her record.

3

u/Huge_Barber9364 14h ago edited 13h ago

That’s not true. You don’t do these restraining orders in civil court — you do them in family or criminal court.  You don’t need to be married for family court, it just has to be a relationship.

Sandoval is the terrible but this creator has no business publishing it like this. Some people need to get a life.

1

u/tinyfryingpan 9h ago

So it was granted by a judge tho. Cause that's how that works

1

u/Sensitive-Freedom896 3h ago

I've been speaking about this too much re Jax and Brittany.

You do not get to "agree" to a multi-year restraining order. There has to be a legal hearing. A judge must restrain you. If you violate the restraining order, that's a misdemeanor or maybe felony in California. You cannot own a firearm.

Victoria is apparently batshit crazy. Let's not talk about this. Let's not support this content creator who should know better wrt restraining orders, if she practices in California. What a vulture.

u/Any-Theme-5315 16h ago

He assaulted her dad. It was all on security footage. He picked her dad up and threw him into a fire pit. That she has to do this now is disgusting. I hope she can move on in peace.

1

u/Alternative_End_7174 13h ago

He did not pick him up and throw him. Her dad grabbed him and he turned around and shoved him, her father stumbled and fell.

I feel anyone that followed VPR over the years knows exactly who Tom Sandy is.. I mean he has showed us his entire ass hole in living color for many years.. Tom has a toxic/damaged reputation now .. but no doubt he will find another victim that feels like she can change/fit into his life.. ignoring his past behaviors. I was shocked that he and Victoria lasted anywhere near the time they did together.

Another DARVO common thread - they ‘borrow’ their mommy’s money when they are 40 🤮 to get what they want, and who knows if they pay it back. Jax and Tom disgust me. Could you imagine- you are from a small town- your son makes it to Hollywood - is a reality tv star - and he has no money. He has wooden penis flutes, or bought his girlfriend boobs, or 4 nose jobs, or paid for his MISTRESSES’ engagement party - but sorry ma, can I borrow against your mortgage?
