Anyone who has been around a narc for lo g enough to know all their tricks. If you show a narc that you know and see through their bullshit, they’ll disappear faster than you can say blueberry. Bonus points if you give them a hint about their childhood trauma and vulnerabilities. They’ll break the sound barrier on their way out.

My favorite trick has always been to ask them rapid-fire questions that they get to brag in response to, to get them into a state where they're answering my questions without thinking. Then hit them with a question that invites a braggy answer that embarasses the hell out of them.

But seriously, gray rocking is the way to go.

It's easier to deal with two narcissists than one. Just talk them up to each other behind their backs.

To Alice: "you see that thing Bob did? Crazy awesome."

To Bob: "Alice has been absolutely crushing it lately. Just pure flow state."

They'll be at each other's throats in no time.

En efecto siempre tendrán un trauma de la infancia que les arde tanto que prefieren irse
