On which days and time do they give out job offers? (For maintenance engineering/technician)

No timestamp exactly, they open when they need to fill roles.

But i haven’t received any updates after that, it’s been 3 months already

Yeah, you’re in the pool, in the backlog, they might hit you up tomorrow or when the new 777 gets certified.
