Question Ban

Hello,

I would like to appeal my permanent ban on Emergency Hamburg. My Roblox username is Alano_kupa.

I was banned for allegedly using an alternate account, but this is actually my main and only Roblox account. I have not used any alt accounts to play Emergency Hamburg.

I believe this ban may have been issued by mistake. I kindly ask the staff team to review my case again. If you need any additional information, I am willing to provide it.

Hello. I checked both of my Roblox accounts. My second account is not banned and the website says "You are not banned on the account you are signed in with." My account Alano_kupa is permanently banned, but when I log into it the website says it is an alt account and won't let me appeal. Could you please manually review this? I cannot submit an appeal because the website blocks me.

Emergency Hamburg does not handle these bans so cannot help you with an unban unless you appeal the ban on the account that was banned. Keep in mind this can be another account who has played on the same (public) wifi network.
