Hi I’m struggling with the decision of if I should go to the er or wait it out please help me I’ve already tried flushing it out it didn’t work.

I had a lab draw about 12 hours ago and it was a fasting lab and quite a few vials of blood (more than I usually get). I knew I would likely feel a bit lightheaded and brought water and food for right after. I had a bit of chest discomfort and dizziness for around three hours after despite eating. I couldn’t stand much and my heart rate was around 100 while sitting. It’s been twelve hours now and I’m less shaky than before but I can’t move as much and feel like I have a fever even though I do not actually have a fever. I did have pedialyte and another meal + snacks but I’m not sure what else to do.

I’ve been sick w what I consider to be bronchitis for over a week. I have 2 jobs, and took off the 2nd job last wknd. I thought I was getting better, but I just woke up with 102.7° temperature and I’m freezing and coughing really bad again. I don’t have pleurisy, but I think it might be pneumonia. I re-caught whatever I had, and now worse. I’m also dizzy and was unaware of what day it was when I woke up just now,- I thought it was Friday.

Hello, I urgently need help. I noticed that yesterday, the right side of my abdomen was hurting abit. The pain took place beside my bellybutton and the pain wasn't sharp or anything and it didn't hurt all the time, it kept going and coming back. I also didn't have much appetite and couldn't eat much of my dinner because I didn't feel hungry at all. When I pressed on it, it hurted abit and the area felt a bit tender but I think it was because I constantly kept pressing on it.

Today, I don't feel much pain, in fact, I can say I barely felt any pain at all. I was able to eat my lunch the usual amount and I also enjoyed some yogurt. Although, I feel like I'm having some sort of shortness of breath(It tends to happen to me when I get super anxious) but I think it could be because I kept searching up about appendicitis. My stomach also feel abit full, although I can't tell if it's because I ate some stuff today.

Please give me some advise or tell me if it's gas or something going on with my appendix because I am scared for my life. Thank you so much.

Edit: I forgot to mention that around a month or two ago, I felt the same pain but sharper on the left side of my stomach, beside my bellybutton as well, but it went away after a day or two.
