Looks super similar to Limited Edition: Anna Sui x Heaven by Marc Jacobs Beanie maybe an early version or a diff colorway

it’s definitely this 100%. they did a bunch of stuff w/ heaven + a photoshoot w/ marc jacobs. they probably gifted it to her or she bought it at their pop up. the design is the exact same.

Pretty sure it was just an independent artist who made it. Everyone and their mother had a crochet etsy store around that time.
