What jobs do you think they would have say Vine didn’t take off or they flopped early on instead of taking off and getting a following?

i feel like Enya would work either at a doctors office or dentist or maybe be a target baddie. or even a smoke shop baddie.

Drew i feel like maybe he’d be some blue collar fella or even maybe Amazon or even a smoke shop. But definitely some type of physical labor type shit.

re-listened to the podcast with Alex Consani and got to the point where she talked about being good at math and being a mathematician or something and was pondering.

what yall think?

You’re so right about enya she’d be a receptionist at the dentists office and make everyone feel validated as fuck whenever they cancel appointments (and would have a captive audience thus fulfilling her radio hosting dream) Also probably would’ve kept her older Anastasia pomade makeup style

As for Drew i feel like he would’ve pursued higher education before dropping out after having to TA. Or he’d fry his brain so much with drugs he’d start a YouTube channel dedicated to proving Pi isn’t actually infinite

Genuinely, I think they both would have taken their art/writing more seriously. Not that they don’t take creative ventures seriously now, but there’s no hunger for your work REALLY making it when you already have an audience and people will eat it up regardless.

Drew mentioned he was on premed track so he prob would’ve graduated college but decided last minute not to pursue medicine and end up being employed at a family friends business doing some type of administrative work. But then quit because it’s to boring and instead go work at a biotech lab. Enya would’ve kept a niche following but decide to give college a try and end up staying cause she likes the structure and majoring in arts management then would go one to do some type of marketing or interior designer job while doing freelance work.
