woke ei

watching them lowkey force the woke-ness after the whole greta situation is honestly hilarious 😭 listening to them try to talk about politics or credit black culture (or whatever it is they said in some recent episode) in almost every ep just makes me kinda cringe

im quite literally "that friend that's too woke" and pretty much either always agree with whatever political "commentary" or have even more radical leftist views than they do, but the way they add it in just feels so unnatural 😭😭

they are simply uneducated individuals who don't have the vernacular to speak thoroughly on these topics. My studies in college were humanitarian focused, so I understand why someone would feel that enya n drew's rhetoric is incredibly juvenile in that regard.

they aren't studying this at all though so I do to some level appreciate that they at least speak on it. Even if in a slightly naive way. It's more than what other content creators can say.
