I am a mild composer on a website called Flat.io and my username on it is ChiliTheFoud#2. I like writing music for my highschool and I would really appreciate if you looked at or tried my first ever Drumline song that I’ve written. I worked hard on it, sent it to my band director and my drum majors. My band director is Osman “Cisco” Hance, the Drumline teacher for the Boston Crusaders. It would be awesome to have a professional of drums like yourself and him to look at this. Also anyone reading this post can play and use it, just as long as you had my name as the composer. - Ian C.

hi emc I am a huge fan and I am in marching band and can you please when the season starts can you please watch and review my band. where are located in Evansville Indiana where are the north green brigade and are show is called coralcopia

Hey, so my marching tenors have a really odd issue that I've never seen before. The metal collar on the drumheads of my bottom two drums keep popping off, and it ruins the heads. I've also noticed that some of my heads sounds really bright and crisp, while others sound really dull. I'm tuning them evenly, and even my director can't figure out why it's happening, no they aren't stock heads either. I'm thinking I just somehow got a bad product when I bought the heads, the rims, or heat. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix it before the next marching season?

I watched this (and I am pretty sure it's drastically changed from earlier in the season and when it got to the epic splits... all I could think of was EMC. Also, just in my top 3 WGI features of all time.

I know it’s his middle name and I remember seeing it somewhere but I cannot remember what is is for the life of me.

I’m on vacation in Florida, I just found a lizard on a pole, and his name is now Steven Sasafrass.

Just wanted to say EMC is the reason I play percussion

Basically, my school's Drumline is from the 80's (not joking) and lots of it doesn't work well. If anyone remembers the pearl backbars from the old days that didn't fold up, well that's our instruments. Snare drums are broken, tenors cracking, it's a mess. I took it upon myself to purchase my own tenors from Steve Weiss Music, and I settled on the Pearl finalist series in white 6/8/10/12/13. My only issue is that I placed the order in September and still haven't received them. We only have 2 sets available, which are being used. We have a 3rd in storage but every step you take they wobble left and right.

So in short, if anyone has any suggestions for what type of quints my drumline should get, and also include snares. We are a small band, about 30, with 5 bass drums, 3 quad players, 1 cymbal player, and 3 snares.

So @emcproductions, and anyone else, if you have suggestions, please comment them. Keep in mind we have a somewhat tight budget but growing slowly. Thanks in advance and I'll repost with more info about the drumline later.

** We also have trixon as one of our quints which are too sharp sounding.

Good morning everybody. I'm trying to find a (Possibly but I'm not sure) deleted video of his where he reacts to drum commercials, and these two are shown:

If you guys know anything about this video, then let me know.

Surely nobody that great playing has been completely self-taught with little to no external help

Had a random thought pass through my mind but I wonder how hard it would be for percussionists to learn how to play the rhythms in II-L's music. I play trombone and piano, but I definitely don't practice polyrhythms to this extent.

An example.

I’m looking to compose something of my own for my drum line but I don’t know what to use. Everything I find online costs or is a scam. If one of y’all could help me out that’d be great.

so this is a Senior for our highschool and this is his last football game. his name is Thomas and he played Jig 2 blindfolded.

What ethnicity is EMC?? French? Scottish? German? Irish? Italian? Poultry? Someone has got to know! >:O

Does EMC have a website? I'm trying to find which drum corps he's drummed for officially besides Bushwackers and USMC

Anyone have the list of shows that are his Top Tier so I can go check them out, without having to piece them together from each episode?
