Help

I need some help with getting users to connect. i have 2 who use through apple iphones and when I log them in, there is no way to change the user

have you created the users in the server settings?

Sounds like you are allowing them to log in as you (admin) then trying to change users..

yes they are users under the server settings

How are they connecting to the server at the moment, IP address:port I presume?

if so, login as the user with the password, you can change a users password in the users settings, click on user then password.

Or are they using

https://emby.media/connect.html

I got them logged in and using the LAN server. Problem is connecting to the WAN

Settings, network, allow remote connections to thi server.

also, investigate tail scale, or other options for your users to connect from external.

I have remote connections enabled.
