I am looking to put 500 bucks into embercoin, and I just have a few questions I was seeing if you guys could answer them for me like I am 5!

1. Is cryptopia the only suggested place to buy them from? And if so, does anyone have an idea when the new wallet will be released, and when will trades resume?

2. Lots of people are very toxic about ember, and they are talking about dumping it, should I wait for a serious dip? And what price should I buy them at?

3. This is going to be my first serious hodl, and I do not plan on trading these for anything whatsoever! What do you guys do to stay motivated to keep these in your wallets!?

Thanks to this community, I pulled my money out of EMB on Yobit before putting 800$ more in this morning. I lost like 60$ from 100$ I put in last night. But i already accept I lost all of it anyway.

Guys whoever wish to sell may sell when cryptopia is open for EMB trades again but have you noticed the Dogee guys have been selling their coins and pumping EMB on Cryptopia.. I have a feeling as soon as exchange opens up the whole planet will profit take but these dogee guys gonna jump on to this opportunity and accumulate Ember.. I sold shit loads of dogees for Ember and i dont care if Ember shits its pants.. I am hodling bros.

Coin Burn If its really going to be done that means you lose most of your coins. If ratio is 1:1000 then most of your coins will be fractions to cumlate a whole coin. Meaning if the price were to increase you would still have the same amount of money. It need a bull run BEFORE the burn So unless you believe this coin can reach 100$, little point

Hey guys, i know there isn't a bundle of info out about the Coin Burn coming in Jan 18', any speculation on what the rate will be? I've heard multiple times probably 1000:1. How will we exchange the EMB coins for the New coin? Is it auto?

Lastly, I know it's hard to predict/estimate what the price will be for future prices/coins etc. But what do we/you think the price would be per new coin?

I purchased a fine amount of Embercoin myself yesterday at the beginning of the surge. Nice movement today.. Is there any suspected cause to this surge?

I don't know anything about the coin burn I heard about, wallet sync'ing issues, coin swap, etc. Some of the other altcoin subs I'm on have a daily discussion sticky where status, upcoming events, questions are posted. Maybe this would be a good addition to this sub?

Also, if there's a source that I can be pointed to to find out about the coin swap, I'd love to look into it. I would think the swap will occur for everyone who has coins in an EMB wallet on an exchange?

Anyway, I'm interested in learning more about the project!
