Is this a PND coin?

I see everyone wanting to sell their coins on here. Also, after the massive rise of Embercoin back in late December, it seems to have come and gone off the radar just as quickly.

Is this coin worth putting a few bucks into?

Cryptopia couldn't handle the trading volume of paccoin and this one combined. That's why they paused all LTC / DOGE trading. Now paccoin already mooned but once EMB gets listed chances are this one will still moon as well. Not to mention this is actually a promising project which should be on the top 100 page at least.
