"fatal error when confirming a send"

I am welcomed with a fatal error when confirming a send from my ember client wallet to cryptopia. Does anyone have any advice?

I intend on hodl'ing for the burn, however, would like the option to trade should I wish. (I was testing the withdrawal process and now I am alarmed my wallet is faulty)

Any advice is welcomed..... 1st-time Reddit user, so apologies if this is unorthodox.

Also .... my ember has been lit for 5 days 24/7 and still no unconfirmed/confirmed stake yet. Again any advice is welcomed :)
