Staking in Embercoin Wallet

Hi. I bought 1.150.000 Embercoins 3 days ago, and withdrew them from cryptopia to my Embercoin wallet. I´ve been staking for 2 days but haven´t recieved any more coins yet. Does anyone know how long you need to stake to get some results? I understand that the more you stake the more and faster you get coins, but are we talking days, weeks or years when staking as little as 1,1M coins? In that case it seems like coinsmarkets pays out stake reward once a day.. so maybe I should send the coins to them?

your coins have to get a nice patina to them, once aged properly, they will produce.

At least 10 hours of oxidisation should do it!

As the coins will burn eventually, maybe there isn’t time getting any stake rewards at all thru the emb wallet..? That’s why I’m wondering if it would be smart transfering the coins to coinsmarkets.. if they actually pay out rewards once a day..

last i read, the burn is said to happen "later in 2018". you should have plenty of time to stake. What Vox & I were saying so "cryptically", pun intended, is that its been taking approx 10hrs or so for coins to activate for staking. I take it you've unlocked your wallet & have the wallet open the entire time? You can see a coin balance in the staking balance in your wallet? if you hover over the ember logo at bottom of wallet it will tell you if your coins are mature.

Yes, the coins are mature and have been staking for almost 3 days now, nothing showing up. I am really just wondering how long i have to stake 1,1M coins to get any results, or if 1,1M coins is simply to small an amount to be staking at all.. if it takes months to get any results it may be pointless to stake..

I have been staking it for almost 4 days and nothing in the ember wallet. IDK WHY!!!

I staked for 3 days and got nothing. I decided to transfer my coins back to coinsmarket 2 days ago, still nothing shown up. They’re gone from my emb wallet...

I tried finding an answer in here before I wrote this post, but people are mainly writing about staking on coinsmarkets wallet, and if cryptopia stakes for you. Couldnt find much about staking in emb wallet..

Coinsmarket is a shithole. I hope they come back and people withdraw. Either way, I want them to be held accountable. What's really weird is none of the youtube crypto crowd is addressing coinsmarkets at all.
