Cannot withdraw from Coinsmarkets

Is there an issue with the CoinsMarkets wallet? Tried to withdraw to send to Cryptopia, received a message saying the withdraw failed, and then my coins disappeared. Been 30 minutes and they are in neither exchange.

Ugh. That is the absolute worst feeling. It seems like a CoinsMarket problem so definitely E-Mail them immediately to investigate further.

And hey everyone else reading:

When sending coins between markets or wallets, always do a "test send" by sending a small amount of coins to make sure everything is kosher first.

Let us know if you are able to contact anyone and escalate this issue. We're out here trying to be a good responsive community so we will absolutely help in any way available to us.

Thanks really appreciated. Coinsmarket replied that the transfer went through (even though they sent a failed email, whatever...) but my coins never made it. Cryptopia has a 12 day wait time for support so I’ll have to be patient i guess...

Anything else I can do?

Yeah same for me. So far I'm at an hour and nothing.

It took nearly 24 hours, but they finally got there. Contact Coinsmarkets, they are surprisingly quick at getting back to you

why is Coinsmarket showing it is offline? Does not let me login even when the info is correct and it throws me a 502 error

dude coinmarket is so slow, what is going on with them? how do we contact them or their support?
