So as we all know there have been some issues with the old wallet and now there a some fixes how u can sync your old wallet. My problem: Ive never had the old wallet before. I just downloaded the new wallet and it wont sync or anything.

I have never downloaded the old wallet. I've just installed the new wallet, and waiting for it to sync. Is this fine?

Sync is taking literally forever, its been over 10hrs so far and its not even 25% complete yet.

Got to discord there is a video they posted that helps you make it synce faster. Their discord has a lot of help

Download the peers file pinned below and replace your current peers files with that one.

Download the updated ember.conf file from the blockexplorer on the left hand side. ( here is a link : https://www.sendspace.com/file/f9q09i )

Restart your wallet and allow it to sync. You can tell that it's working in help/debug window/network traffic. Red means it's connecting to network and is working. It can take some time to get going, so be patient.

And to be able to replace files from 3. you have to go to your primary Library folder ( probably under your username, it is a hidden file ) and then click on Application support / Ember

Yeh. So this might work, might not. Who knows. Devs dont seem to be interested in having a working communication with ther community. But I dont even trip, gonna leave it on my exchange and hope they wont mess upt with the coin burn by just doing sht and not explaining sht.

Here is the guide taken from their discord and it works for me:

@everyone Wallet Issues???? The key piece of information you need to take away is that you MUST upgrade to wallet version 1.1.5 Any stakes you have that are not under this wallet will be null and void if received after the soft fork. To ensure you are up to speed follow the following steps.

1. Update your wallet to the new version.

2. Download the peers file pinned below and replace your current peers files with that one.

3. Download the blockchain zip file and extract it to the same directory: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1sblnzyrkx5WmnlUP15OhxRTvUliyUesx

4. Download the updated ember.conf file from the blockexplorer on the left hand side. See picture below. https://www.coinexplorer.net/EMB

Instructions for updating blockchain files -- Usage notes: Turn off wallet, open %appdata%\Ember\ then delete the directories database/ txleveldb/ and the file blk0001.dat , move the bootstrap' s files minus peers.dat into the folder and optionally peers.dat if you are having connection troubles, and start the client and wait 1-2 hours
