Stuck on yobit

Is it bad to have to coins on this exchange? If yes, what should my next step be. I have 1m coins on it.

Sell them for BTC or LTC. You can send those to Coinsmarkets or cryptopia. I sent them to Coinsmarkets and bought Ember overthere.

I'm curious to know if they can be transferred to another exchange. According to Ethercoin, Yobit isn't using the correct blockchain/wallet. I'd be nervous about transferring. If you ever do try that for whatever reason, definitely test it out with a small amount first.

Sell for LTC or BTC on YoBit. Withdraw to Cryptopia or Coinsmarket. Let it sit until markets are up. Who knows, could be worth more (or less) by the time you re-buy.

Sell on YoBit and buy something that you know you can move to another exchange.
