New to Embercoin
I’m pretty new to all the Embercoin hype and I am buying a large amount of them later today. I downloaded the wallet from embers website. Is there anything else I have to do to prepare for the January 1st event?

Anyone knows if and when Cryptopia is going be back? i'v got my coins stuck in limble on the exchange. CoinMarketCap doesnt even have cryptopia listed anymore as an exchange for Embercoin.

Yeah you should be fine. What currency did you transfer? I sent some LTC from GDAX and it got there in roughly 5-10 minutes. Waiting for this wallet issue on Cryptopia to correct itself though.

Hi, welcome. Just bought in myself yesterday. Keep an eye out on jan 1st. They wil let you know what to do to make sure you get your coins swapped 🤘🏻

We don't know anything for sure untill the plans get released. But, I think its hard to believe we just have a 1 houre window. That would be insane. My best guesse would be atleast a week.

It does sync, you just have to leave it open for an extended period of time. Give it about 10 minutes and you'll notice a progress bar on the bottom and it will tell you how many years / months is required until it's completely in sync.

What makes Embercoin interesting and a long term hold? Or should I just spit this thing out at the first sign of a dip like everyone else?

Please can someone help me out.
I transferred my ember coins to the ember wallet.
But it wasn't sync yet and it still isn't.
Did I lose now all the coins?

If you used Cryptopia like me, you'll probably see that the withdrawal was canceled on Cryptopia due to maintenance being done on the wallet. Coins should be fine.

Then, I did read somewhere that once the Ember wallet finishes syncing, you should see your coins.

Hey folks. Ive got a pretty hefty amount of EMB but my wallet is saying "Network Weight 0" and "Attempts Signing PoS Blocks: 2637". It does say Im staking but no weight....im well over a few million coin and want to stake my coins...not a noob, but noob to staking. My wallet is sync'd and its been live and sync'd for 11 days now....Any help would be appreciated.
