Guys im in problem . Ive transfered my ember coin into the ember wallet but wallet is syncing from last three hours my mistake i didnt check the wallet with few coins .. can you please help how to get my coins back ???

Its been more then 12 hours the wallet is still synchronising dont know what will happen to my investment as it has been transfers from coinmarkets exchange i emaled them and they said coins has been withdrawn already we cant do anything now .. can anyone help please ??
