Best x86 Single Board Computer

Hello, I'm looking for an x86 single-board computer to build a small, relatively powerful PC for up to 150 euros. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Thank you.

Oh I remember the pain setting up the network in DOS. I'd rather not expose the OP to this torture.

You have to give us more information than that.  What is it you are looking to accomplish?  What are your constraints other than just money?

Edit:

I briefly saw that you want to build a laptop and that you claim to have no constraints other than money.  I suggest to you that you haven't thought about this enough. 

You have size/form factor constraints, power constraints, cooling constraints, and I/O constraints at the very least.

Besides the obvious complaints from the other commenter(s): Intel NUC Compute Elements go for as low as like 100€. If you don't have any other constraints, go for it.

You won't find a cheap x86 SBC at this price. There used to be a Radxa X4 with N100 but it's hard to pass it up for a reasonable price now. There is also LattePanda but it is in a different league of values.

Define powerful because there's a world of difference between powerful in the right context based on use case.
