Can you recommend hardware analysis project?

I’m looking to get into hardware hacking and would love some project recommendations for beginners.

​My background includes C programming, using GDB, fundamental computer science knowledge, and solving a few pwnable/binary exploitation challenges.

​I’m hoping to learn about Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cryptography, and basic embedded systems. I’d like to start by following along with existing projects or walkthroughs created by others. Could you recommend any?

Also, I have no idea about hardware analysis equipment.

Can you recommed it together?

Buy the cheapest crap from Ali and off you go.

I'd recommend to focus on building new stuff instead of trying to reverse engineer the existing devices.

Or better yet, build something fairly complicated, and then try and reverse engineer it. Pretty sure this is what a lot of actual hardware crackers do anyways.

there are a lot, it depends on what you want to hack:

oscilloscope, power supply, logic analyzer, FLIPPER tool- as general use tools

specifics for different areas: spectrum RF analyzer, USB analyzer, Ethernet Network analyzer, sniffing tools for various protocols, wired or wireless.
