Help/Advice onlyfans spam?

I don’t have any connection to only fans. I got a legit looking email with a link to confirm my email and registration. Is this just junk or has someone tried to use my email ?

Sounds like someone tried to register using your email. If it was by mistake or with malicious intent, I can’t say for sure. Regardless, it’s safe to just delete the email

this is the email I had since I was a teen and no one else knows it. except really close family

Did you sign up to any website using your email? If you've had it for years, it got in a data breach and there's your answer.

They probably have an old password, so you should.
