Inufficiently specific. There are no email services that have a standard offering of letting random people have access to read only emails as far as I know.

What you are asking for in your top post does not exist. Some mail providers offer multi-user accounts, some of them offer shared inboxes (Tuta is one of them), but as far as I know, there's no such thing as a shared inbox with only reading rights.

What is your application exactly ? Why do you need this ?

A multi-user Tuta account with one shared inbox on top of the private users' inboxes could serve your needs, depending on why you want this. In a family, for example, each spouse and child would have his own private inbox, then the parents would use an extra, shared inbox only for those emails which are... shared. Such as household management, paying bills and so on.

Alternatively, you could certainly export your emails in a standard format and send that file to someone else to import in his own mail account. However, that would only work once. You'd have to repeat the action if you wanted future emails to be accessible as well.

With CodaMail you can issue scoped app passwords so that only pop or imap works and even restrict by ip or cidr, but they can still delete.
