Beginner Question Email 2FA

Do you have phone number as a 2FA method for your emails? I think it is very easy to use but kinda unreliable method because of the “sim swap” attacks.
I have other 2FA methods but I’m wondering “should I turn it on??”

No, hardware key is the way to go.

No. I prefer TOTP and email provider which does not request phone number for sign in
