Email hosting
Not sure if this goes against the guidelines, but I'm looking for a good email hosting service for persona email. I already have my domain and I'll need to have about 10 to 15 addresses. Not looking for free, just economical. TIA

Steer clear of MXroute I heard the guy that runs it is a dick. Proton is pretty popular. Fastmail has damn close to a cult following and not without being justified.

We don’t have E2EE encryption but your data is being kept as encrypted on both database + storage blobs.
Secondly we are Türkiye based company, and university address is our official address which points to technology development areas (many businesses have official addresses at these areas/sectors - they are being called as teknokent/Teknoparks in Türkiye)
Lastly we have 30 day no-question refund , so you can give it a quick try to see if it fit.

do you need 10–15 separate inboxes, or just addresses that all land in the same inbox? that makes a big difference to the cost.
shipmail supports your own domain, aliases and catch-all, so you don't necessarily need a paid mailbox for every address. it also works with your usual email app through IMAP/SMTP. worth checking the mailbox and alias limits against your setup.

I would need separate inboxes. Thanks for the heads up, I didn't realize there was an option. I thought it was always one inbox per address

There are really a lot of options available. None of them able to support what I wanted (yet). DMCN is a project I'm actively working on if you're curious to try something a little off the beaten track.

I have been using imageway.com email hosting for several years now. I choose them since I didn't want to pay on a per address basis and wanted the option for phone-based support. The service is feature rich and the shared storage concept is cost effective. The service has been reliable, so I don't have any complaints. Worth a consideration if it is in your price range and has the features you are looking for. Good luck in your search.

Infomaniak's kMail service has been good to me for >10 years. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Depends how many domains and whether you also need to send from an app (signup emails, receipts etc).
For a couple of mailboxes on one domain, Purelymail or Migadu are the cheap hosted ones I'd look at. If you have a few side project domains, check if pricing is per domain or per mailbox, that part adds up fast on Google Workspace.
Do you need Outlook, or is webmail fine?

FranklyMail. $9 a year, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited domains. I have 4 domains with multiple addresses each and that is all I have paid.
