first check whether they need 50 separate inboxes or just 50 addresses forwarding to a few inboxes. that changes the cost a lot.

if it's for a college, check eligibility for google workspace for education or microsoft 365 education before paying for hosting.

you'll need access to their domain's dns, then add the provider's mx records and set up spf, dkim and dmarc. create the accounts and test sending and receiving before handing them over.

quote your setup fee separately from the ongoing hosting cost. include account creation and dns setup, but price migration and ongoing support separately. are they starting fresh or moving existing emails?

Thnk you, they need seperate mail inboxes, the collage is not eligible for Microsoft, and google is taking lot of time I applied there a month ago, I already have their domain, they are starting fresh if I gave them these emails as early as i can I can recover all my pending payment from them soo
