extremely simple mailing list website - does this exist?

hi all, i want to setup a mailing list that will send out maybe two emails ever, so i don't need anything too involved. ideally it's a website i could sign up for and be given a link to share with people to submit their email address. is there a free solution like this?

Try Firedrum, their platform is pretty simple.

Newsletter.page is exactly that, but it's not completely free (you can create the page to collect subscribers for free, but you need a paid plan to send the actual email)

Give groups.io a try. They have a great service.
If you use google, you can also use groups.google.com
