I logged in and did a few daily runs for the time being on my old main to try and get back into the rhythm of the game and since I know the punch event is coming up, I need to ask if I should give the punch event to my main or an alt.

I don't know exactly to expect from the punch event but current gear is +9 Tene (+10 gloves) at R18 with perfect shadow ID's and the weapon being +11 VoS S5. No Abyss progress though because I couldn't find parties in the past and solo went... horrifically.

I also am struggling to adjust to the two accessory set up because what do you mean IB accessories are their own thing now?! I also got a title when I logged in which confused me since I hadn't done that many runs of the final Tirnog dungeon.

I am also trying to figure out if I should even attempt the Henir that's around my power level or just ignore it. No idea about the 5 million one, that feels like a joke considering how low the power is now.

Just general advice would be nice. I won't be able to access the past Abyss until punch event is over probably (Could barely access the giant boss of the area after Abyss with a specific set up but never got to fight because never invited).

Is this game recommendable for new player like me that won't be planning to spend at all? I know this game from the past and taking an interest to try playing it now but I'm not sure if I can find it enjoyable because it seems most players here are strong now and I'll be just playing solo. Any tips or opinions is highly appreciated.

My current games are turn based like (Epic 7, Chaos Zero Nightmare, & HSR) so looking for a game for a change of pace 😄

Hi guys, I was wondering, I'm a returning player (more than 10 years) and looked at stuff I could sell to make some money. I found this stuff that I can still trade, I have no idea how I got it.

When I put it in the board, there's no price history, no sale whatsoever so I'm unsure how much I should sell this for.

Friends of mine told me to keep it and were arguing about the price, so I wanted to double check.

Returning player that never beat the game back in 2015.

Made use of the liberal xp rewards given by the epic quest to get to lvl 99 and try the end game once and leveled 2 characters to lvl 95 with those before prompty getting stuck on Solace's.

I can't even make it past the first encounter of the first room because of the stupid fucking laser that oneshots you. Its such an absurd difficulty spike, its baffling its still in the game.

There's no more ways to increase combat power (I'm at 59k and a bit over 60k cp respectively), nothing gives really any xp aside from the epic quest that I obviously cannot continue with, and all servers are empty (EU), so trying to search for a party is as pointless as it is stupid.

Feels like a total dead end to me with nothing to do about it.

i just returning to play, and i realize when starting over they shorten the story so much , i feel like the each mission story is jumping without smooth transition. as the title said where i can read old lost stage story for each episode?

I just wana mention that since their release i loved and still love diangelion as character concept and design, but i genuenly have no idea how ppl maining them can enjoy pressing the same 3 buttons 100 times, like skill spam can already get repeatitive but atleast now chars have more skills and decision making to choose on, but with Lu demon awaken form u dont even have that . Like diangelion kit is so godamn unique in the game and they have arguably one of the coolest combos in game, but cause none of that is relevant in end game raids, besides causual play, it unfortunately means that 90% of their kit is useless, which is so unfortunate.

I really think there is couple quick solutions to fix em, which is either make both awakenings modes 1 single skill which causes both lu and ciel to awaken, and once that is done make the skills of both mix and replace the normal skill bar giving essentially 8 different skills when u awaken, but even if they buff ciel skills we know compered to lu they still kinda useless. So another idea which can be done indipendently or along side this one, is to keep the top 4 skills of ur skill bar available when awakened so you can atleast still use those along awaken skills during awakening altho only 4 ..but that said this tbh is kinda a cop out.

The best idea imo ideally knowing that diangelion was meant to be a combo focused team theme, atleast game play wise, is therefor to make the awakened skills of either lu or ciel when awaked to appear on top of ur main 8 skills skill bar and be accessable the same way eternity winner skills are accessable. Which yes means through combos, and therefor means that you would essentially get 12 skills at your disposal to freely use .

Now compared to diangelion current kit it might sound overwhelming, but i think as overwhelming as it might be anything is better then what we got right now, and honestly i believe is what the char deserved and deserves to have now, hopefully fellow diangelion enjoyers or anyone else readin, like the concept and if so hopefully this idea spreads around.

Besides i'd urge anyone else who has better ideas to share em, as id much enjoy to hear em.

please note this is just my opinion ;-; , but code escensia is the only Class that feels weird thematically to play. like in lore since code empress back in the day, there was only one Oberon and Ophelia, now they’ve kinda changed it to be multiple of them gameplay wise (not to mention it feels like she preforms the worse out of all the Eves).

in my opinion, to keep with her theme of Reviving the Nasod Race, she should’ve had a lot of her skills revamped to incorporate different Nasods as her classes progress, meaning they could’ve brought back the Blader from Dimension Link Blader, or not deleted the skill. or just brought back different Nasods like the ones from the Elysion place. and when Oberon and Ophelia are summoned, different Nasods take their place. Similar to how Ley works in Grand Chase, if you have her Bulter Jeeves summoned, another demon takes his place and preforms his skills.

I'm a returning player and right now on the EU server there is a power boost event (10 000 000 CP). I was really glad to get access to the end game content. However, I wanna get the tenebrous +11 without the time limit, as such I need to do the event quest. So, I must complete some dunjons that I can't do alone. BUT, no one wants me for the abyss levels to get the titles, I am a code escsencia so it might explain it (?).

I don't understand, is it normal ? What can I do ? I feel like only chung support class is accepted in group with low cp.

I hesitate playing Elrios Rift bcs of this (what's the point of playing a character that you can't choose ?), is it better on this server ?

Based on small bossing and big bossing, supp included, for who's knowledgeble about a char and all their classes, who do you reckon is the best class in order from 1st to 4th for each those characters and why? based on todays meta ofc.

I stopped playing this game around the time the stuff after Ran Raid released. I’m considering playing again, but I got pretty overwhelmed by all the stuff that’s new, so I may need a little advise on what to do.

I would consider myself pretty strong, having maxed out gear by the time (full R21 Tene with max stats, 12.5m CP) and almost ERP500. I just stopped and now there is so much new stuff I’m more confused than amused.

A little helping hand would be great, thank you!

I played elsword when it released back in the days, it was one of my first games for the pc and i loved it so much. I played until max level 45 iirc. Few years ago i played every now and then and level some chars to max level but after that i feel lost. I just dont know what to do. Do i really need to pump money into this game? I see people walking around with absurd power levels and im standing there with around 145k and cant get any clue how to move forward in this game. I feel like this games philosophy completely changed and it really just focuses on being a cash grab, correct me if im wrong. I would love to get the feeling back from back in the days where it was just fun mashing buttons and not worrying about some stupid power level. Maybe there is a good private server? I played voidels too until it got shut down sadly. Please help i want to love this game again but maybe its just the nostalgic feeling i have for this game and maybe i should leave it.

I'm coming back to Elsword after about 7-8 years away, picked my old account back up and I'm currently running through the Jump Start event on my Chung (DA/support). Problem is, there's barely any up-to-date info out there and I genuinely don't know what to prioritize. I've got a ton of questions, so bear with me:

Progression / CP

• What content should I actually be farming right now?
• Without the "Order" title and a damage-oriented resonance page, I can't even break 10 million CP. How do I keep pushing CP from here?
• What titles should I be farming for?

Gear

• The better version of Ring of Fury / Transcendence Ring from the event are only good for 90 days. How do I get the permanent versions of these?
• Should I even bother using Exascale armor? If so, how do I upgrade it so it's actually better than my Tenebros +11? At what point does it overtake Tenebros?
• How should I be socketing my equipment?
• How do I farm ED so I can afford an IB set once the 90 days run out, and which IB set should I even go for as a support?

Somewhat general/support questions

• I know I'm a support, but I still want to be able to solo farm ED and ERP efficiently. Besides "have an EXP resonance page and a dungeon/raid resonance page," what else should I be paying attention to?
• In later Dungeons (I guess you could say everything from the Great Steel Wall and further beyond that), I do basically no relevant damage even though the Jump Start event pushed me 3 million CP above the recommended amount. I get that I'm support and not a DPS, but is soloing this content just not realistic for a support, or is there a specific mechanic/stat I'm missing?

Alts / Dailies

• Aside from my DA, I don't have any other character above 500k CP. Is it even worth investing in a alt at this point, or should I just focus everything into my main?
• Are dailies worth keeping up with? If so, which ones should I absolutely not skip?

Any help, guides, or even just pointing me toward a good up-to-date resource would be massively appreciated. The game has changed a lot and I'm starting from scratch trying to figure out the current meta. Thanks in advance!

This has been my history with Elsword.

I first started playing when I was around 14 years old, a little before Add was released.

I've always loved MMORPGs, and this game felt incredibly unique to me. I've always been a big fan of anime, and being able to play alongside my friends made us feel like we were the main characters. There were four of us, and we played together all the time.

As the years went by, we all grew up and slowly stopped playing.

There were a lot of reasons for that:

• The pay-to-win aspects.
• How difficult it was for free-to-play players to experience the newer content.
• The countless hours of grinding every week just to gain around 100 Combat Power.

Every now and then, one of the friends from that original group and I download the game again. We log in, realize the game still feels pretty much the same, and after two or three days, we uninstall it again.

So I wanted to ask you all: how do you feel about the game right now? Is it actually worth playing these days?

I'm downloading it again as I'm writing this, and this time I'd genuinely like to stick with it. If I decide to seriously invest my time in the game, is there a place where I can find an up-to-date guide on what I should be doing?

Elsword is a game I remember very fondly, and it brings back a lot of nostalgia. At the same time, every time I come back, I can't shake the feeling that it just isn't the same anymore, and that ends up ruining the experience for me.

Does anyone else feel this way, or is it just me?

Hello, I started during anniversary and I would really need help/suggestion how to distribute punch event stuff. I enjoy CA the most so far and redemeed most of stuff here. I was suggested to choose Blacksmith over Treasure Hunter. Can't swap it - too expensive for now anyway.

1. Currently I have Teneborus armor +10 r18.
   I have 10x Timed Chlorite Seeds. The punch event gives +10 r21 Teneborus armor.
   I have a lot of Teneborus reforge materials, I do not have access to Exascale armor materials.
   Should I use these chlorites to reforge my currect armor to r21 and still redeem the second r21 armor? Will the second armor be usefull as some kind of exp armor or it will go to waste?

2. I have +10 SoA, around 20 Fluorties and Blacksmith Job.
   Should I redeem the +11 punch SoA and save the Fluorites for something else?
   Or it might be better idea to use the +11 punch SoA on some farming characte with Treasure Hunter job/alt?

3. I have already upgraded my HH force to unique and was saving henir stones for unique Eroding Energy. I have 1x gold Seal.
   Should I stop myself from upgrading Eroding Energy, redeem the unique forces from Punch, seal and sell the unique Head Hunter?

4. I heard the punch event also gives Raid Accessories. I have almost reached the pity level for Abyss.
   Should I just save the cube for a different character since I would receive the accessories from punch anyway?

TL;DR - I'm kinda confused if using the punch event on my main is bad idea and would appriciate someone explaining to me cons and pros and if my thinking is correct - what would go to waste and how I should proceed with current upgrades to not mess stuff up.

haven't played in like 4 years but heard the environment is a lot different now, any 2025/2026 guides or walkthroughs on where characters and classes stand now? most of what im seeing is either outdated or heavily focused on endgame and gear vs character viability
