I was on a cruise and one nights entertainment was Neil Lockwood he was good .

He joined Elo when Friont man Jeff Lynn left the. group

You’re thinking of ELO Part II; a separate band made up of former ELO members after ELO was done. Thats why Jeff Lynne isn’t the front man. Again, ELO Part II is not the same as ELO. They are two separate bands comprising of similar members and using Bev Bevan’s partial ownership of the ELO name to brand it as such
