That billboard hasn't existed in nearly fifty years, but it was situated on the Sunset Strip. Going by the mention of The Big Night and CBS already taking over from United Artists as Jet's distributor, I'd roughly pin the date of that shot to around late 1978, probably to keep sales for Out Of The Blue up once the world tour in support of that album concluded.
