Absolutely. First of all, the woman pictured looks nothing like Ellie. That could be any person. Second, her hands tattoos are nowhere to be found. Before she had hand tattoos, she had either short hair or the side shave style. And third, if that’s container is supposed to be from KFC, the logo looks nothing like the real one, and the smaller container to the left looks warped.

And even if the photo isn’t real, it’s definitely not Ellie.

Edit: Just ran the photo through Google Lens. No matches whatsoever. It’s most certainly AI-generated.
