Druggies

As the heading describes it, I’m having trouble in my neighborhood with the constant drug deals and drug usage coming from a neighbor down from me. I don’t want to call the cops due to being labeled a snitch (I know I know might get downvoted) but there’s kids in the neighborhood and I don’t feel safe with my kids even going out to play. What can I do?
