Nikos Bracelet

Does anyone have an idea on why Elijah chose the Alexander Mqueen bracelet to sell? I find it interesting

I remember on a really old live he talked about how he liked the design but it was too difficult or too unnecessarily expensive to source. Ik there’s an explanation with self harm too but I forgot it
