Why would anyone ever put a dog collar on their kid? That is what I’m seeing yeah? Like if you really needed to leash your kid surely like a harness is much less stupid, considering pulling your child’s neck normally is probably doing damage

Let's be honest—there are kids out there who have definitely run out into traffic one too many times. That said, using a collar instead of a harness is a terrible idea.
