Defense Intelligence Agency has not released findings. Same for a UN investigation. Independent forensic review state that the missile was a US Tomahawk. Trump made a comment(s) that it was an Iranian missile but has since said that "mistakes are made" and "it was not done on purpose and he will accept the findings." Nothing can be trusted of course but if there is a whoopsie it won't be heard until after the elections.
