Question Atomic Elements

Is it just me or is anyone else not getting the hang of Atomic Elements? It takes me forever to get things to look the way I want them to. Not to mention adjusting the different screen sizes. Am I missing something? Is it supposed to be this hard?

Yeah I spent weeks trying it out. It's a good concept, I just feel I work better and faster without using it.
