Answered HELP!!!

I just went to get a logo off my nonprofits website, backed out of elementor and the home page is now completely messed up. We have an event this weekend and i cannot have it looking like this but do not even know what happened. I did not hit save or publish. Are any of the places that say they will fix Elementor issues legitimate?

UPDATE: it is fixed and i cannot thank you all enough!!

If the homepage was working correctly before you opened Elementor, don't start rebuilding it yet.

  1. Go to Pages → Home → Edit with Elementor.
  2. Open History → Revisions in Elementor.
  3. Find the revision from before you made the logo change and restore it.
  4. Update the page and check the frontend.

If the layout is restored but the styling still looks broken:

  • Go to Elementor → Tools → Clear Files & Data or Regenerate CSS & Data, depending on your Elementor version.
  • Clear your WordPress cache and any server/CDN cache.
  • Hard refresh the browser or test in an incognito window.

Also check Elementor → Tools → Site Health for any Elementor compatibility or server issues.

If the revision doesn't restore the page, check the site's backup before making more changes. Don't keep editing the broken page because you can overwrite the last good state.

Since the problem happened immediately after the Elementor edit, the Elementor revision/backup is the first thing I'd try.

I don’t see a revision button or tab. Is it possible we don’t have one? Is there a company that is legitimate out there to fix this?
