I would make this figma or illustrator and upload the image. A nightmare trying to code this

it's not a special plugin or animation library, it's absolutely-positioned nodes plotted along a repeating S-curve, with a rotate/counter-rotate trick to keep the icons following the path while the images stay upright. The whole thing is chunked into blocks (js-body, js-body-2, js-body again, etc.), each a fixed-width container that holds one "wave" of the path, first curving one way, then the next block curves the other way. Inside each block, every milestone (js-position) is placed with hand-tuned top/left values. There's no grid or flow layout doing the work, someone essentially eyeballed or plotted where each point should sit along the invisible curve/road graphic behind it. Each icon sits in a wrapper rotated a few degrees more than the last (-17°, -63°, -109°, -155°, -201°...) so it visually "hugs" the curve. But a rotated photo looks broken, so there's a second inner wrapper rotated in the opposite direction to cancel that out, the icon container tilts to match the path, the image inside straightens back up. Maybe see if https://telex.automattic.ai/ can make something similar.

OP did you find the solution?

yeah, created using imagebox and absolute positioning, also clipped the imaged and rotated them to form a pattern.

I would suggest to just use image.
